    We were beyond happy with Twin Oaks Moving. We were very worried about our move from Jersey to Florida and it could not have gone any smoother. Edwin and his crew were awesome. They were calm, respectful efficient professional and so careful with our furniture. There was nothing broken, damaged or missing. Melissa in the office was always helpful and Mike's estimate was practically dead on. I would highly recommend Twin Oaks Moving.

    I don’t know where to start. From my first phone conversation with Melissa to saying good bye to all the guys in Big Jay’s team everything was outstanding. Mike, the owner, came to do the estimate. He was extremely professional, explained what I needed to do to make the move as seamless as possible and answered all my questions. Our sellers kept wanting different dates and I was lucky Melissa was able to make the changes: I think anyone else would have told us to hit the toad. Once Big Jay and team arrived to pack us up for the move they moved like a machine. How they handled all our furniture with clothes in dressers, anything in hangers went in a wardrobe and all our miscellaneous things made my head spin. We had a 2 story center hall colonial with contents from the last 32 years. Just imagine!! Because of a all the changes we had to store our contents for 2 nights. We were fortunate enough to have Big Jay’s team back for the off load. Again, the machine kicked into high gear. It was harder to move the stuff upstairs than down. With sweat and a sense of humor that actually finished the job in 3hrs. This saved us about $600 off our estimate. I’ve never heard of moving company come in lower the estimate!!! Obviously I can’t recommend them enough. If you lucky enough to have the scheduling work out you will not regret hiring them.

    Absolute terrible company. The movers they sent were young and had no experience. One of the movers cut open our custom made Lazy Boy chair and didn't even tell us as if we weren't going to notice. When we told the head guy their was no concern or apology. They took out our front ceiling light fixture when moving the mattress in and took a chunk of our dresser out. They lost a part of a custom table which they refused to help look for. A couple of thousand dollars later we are dealing with the insurance company to get our furniture repaired.
